IQ Easy Modular Sensor is a compact, non-contact electrostatic field meter designed to accurately measure and communicate static charge levels while eliminating the time requirement and inaccuracy associated with handheld measurements. Used with the IQ Power Control Station, it enables continuous static charge monitoring in areas where electrostatic charge is a problem.
The IQ Power Control Station functions as the central communication hub, user-configurable warning and fault alarms, data logging, and optional PLC integration. This allows sensor data to be monitored continuously and supports documentation and improvement of ionizer performance using Closed-loop Feedback (CLFB) where applicable.
The Modular Sensor is available in two connection versions (RJ-45 pass-through for daisy-chain style installation, or M12 for standalone sensor installation). Both versions support air purge connections for demanding environments, and the sensor communicates operational status via LED indication.
