IQ Power Nozzle
The IQ Power Nozzle is a shockless pulse DC ionizer engineered to operate at 7 kV. It is designed for use with Simco Ion's IQ Power static neutralizing system and connects to the IQ BPS power supply for setup and system monitoring. When used with the IQ BPS, the nozzle supports one-touch setup and continuous active monitoring of performance and status.
The compact design allows the IQ Power Nozzle to be installed in space-constrained areas to neutralize static on localized surfaces across a range of industrial applications. Multiple nozzles can be installed along a single cable run to support distributed ionization points.
Two configurations are available:
High Efficiency Perforated (HE): Designed for applications less than 18 in from the target where high air volume is not required. Provides performance with reduced air consumption compared to other nozzle designs.
Slotted: Designed for applications requiring a more focused ionized air stream.
