IQ Power Static Neutralizing Bars
IQ Power Static Neutralizing Bars are available in over 85 lengths and three types selected based on web speed and operating distance. Bars include mounting hardware and are supplied with a 10 ft power cable. Extension cords are available in 10 ft, 30 ft, and 50 ft lengths for installations requiring additional cable length. Bars use tungsten emitters for high charge conditions.
Speed Static Bars are designed to neutralize static on webs traveling up to 3,000 fpm and are typically installed approximately 4 in from the material to be neutralized. Hybrid Static Bars are designed for installations with operating distances up to 18 in. Distance Static Bars are designed to provide ionization at operating distances up to 30 in where mounting a static bar close to the web is not practical.
The IQ Easy bar design includes an integrated high voltage supply powered by 24 VDC.
