IQ Power HL Static Neutralizing System

$7,500.00

The IQ Power HL Neutralizing System is a static control system designed for use in hazardous locations where safety is a concern. The system is scalable and is configured using a Control Station, static neutralizing bar, power supply, sensor, and a sensor interface to support monitoring and control of ionization performance.

The IQ Power HL system is intended for use within Class 1, Div. 1, Group D classified areas. Two power supply options are available. The HL Power Supply is approved for mounting outside the hazardous area. The HLC Power Supply is approved for mounting inside classified hazardous locations and requires a Remote Display Monitor to display critical indicators such as service status and fault conditions.

The IQ Power HL Sensor allows the power units to operate in closed loop feedback mode or can be used as a stand-alone monitoring system. The sensor connects through the IQ Power Sensor Interface, which provides status indicators for up to eight connected sensors.

  • Digital technology designed to provide higher accuracy and improved noise immunity compared to analog approaches
  • Sensor is intrinsically safe to support installation without the use of conduit
  • Communications designed to prevent corruption using a data verifying algorithm

The full IQ Power HL system includes the following components:

  • Control Station
  • IQ Power Static Neutralizing Bars
  • IQ Power Fantom HL Blower
  • IQ Power HL Sensor
  • Hazardous location bars and power supplies (Class 1, Div. 1)
